Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy a 50% Deposit is required when making a booking. Rates Subject to Change without Prior Notification. Check-in 14h00 / Check-out 10h00. R100-00 Charge per room for early check-in before 14h00 and late arrivals after 21h00. Having confirmed your booking we have concluded a verbal contract and we are holding your accommodation exclusively for you whilst denying other inquiries the opportunity to occupy and hence the prospect of re-letting it. Cancellation often involves our not being able to re-let the accommodation at all and there is obviously an economic cost involved. A Deposit / Travel Agency Voucher or Company Order serves as an incentive for the guest to fulfill his/her obligations under this contract. No Refunds for Early Departures. We take no Responsibility for any inconveniences caused through acts of God and any Load-shedding or Electrical Interruptions caused by Eskom. Non arrival – No refund Early departures – No refund Less than 7 days notice – No refund 1 to 2 Weeks notice – 25% Refund 2 to 4 Weeks notice – 50% Refund.
